Metal connection taps and laboratory taps for installations inside buildings
This approval requirement applies to metal connector taps and laboratory taps for gas installations in buildings and homes, i.e. behind the meter. The requirements apply to products that fall within the scope of NEN 1078 or NEN 8078. This concerns connector and laboratory taps with an operating pressure of 200 mbar maximum at temperatures between -5 °C and 70 °C for the use of gases from the second and third family according to EN 437, with connection sizes DN 10 to DN 50.
