Job Summary

NQA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team based in Dunstable. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns, digital activity and events across the business. This is a development opportunity, ideal for someone at the early stages of their marketing career looking to gain broad marketing experience while developing their digital, organisational and communication skills. NQA provides accredited certification, training and support services to help customers improve processes, performance and products and services. We have issued over 50,000 certificates to clients in over 90 countries resulting in a yearly revenue of around 100 million Euro. NQA was acquired by Kiwa in 2024, a global leader in the Testing, Inspecting and Certification (TIC) sector, based in the Netherlands.

About the role

  • Support the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital channels and events.
  • Upload and publish content across websites, email platforms and social media channels.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters and communications activity.
  • Provide coordination and logistical support for webinars, events and exhibitions.
  • Create and maintain presentations, templates and marketing materials.
  • Maintain marketing systems, databases and contact lists.
  • Track marketing activity, including campaign plans, schedules and task lists.
  • Gather and compile marketing performance data and reports.
  • Support the wider Marketing Team with day-to-day marketing activity and administration.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong interest in marketing and communications.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience using Canva, CMS platforms, or email marketing tools would be advantageous.
