Job Summary
PPI Quality & Engineering is seeking a Contracts Specialist to strengthen operations and support contract management. You will partner closely with legal counsel and the HSSE team to consistently meet deadlines while upholding PPI’s quality standards. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-velocity environment and brings precision, accountability, and continuous process improvement to the table.About the role
- Work directly with KIWA Senior Legal Counsel and HSSE Manager & Contracts Specialist to support contract management
- Prepare contract packages for contractors, vendors, and staffing agencies
- Develop and assist in implementing policy and procedures for the Contracts Department
- Create contractor profile for time and expense entry
- Create vendor profile for Accounts Payable payments
- Create client profile for project set up
- Track onboarding of contractors, vendors, and staffing agencies
- Maintain Contract files
- Request, maintain, and upload Certificates of Insurance
- Assist with audits by providing contract documentation and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and project management teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Provide administrative support for company HSSE needs
- Complies with PPI Quality Management System and its documented information
Do you have what it takes?
- High school diploma
- Two years of previous work history in legal/contracts services preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Experience with Adobe Sign is a plus
- Time management and follow-through skills with ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Positive, flexible team-oriented approach, with willingness and desire to work as part of a multi-discipline team
