Job Summary
NQA, part of the Kiwa group, are seeking an Automotive Process Analyst to support the development, analysis, and continuous improvement of IATF scheme processes. The role will support certification activities, compliance processes, and operational performance across regional and global functions. The IATF scheme is run by an ad-hoc group of Original Equipment Manufacturers, along with some National Automotive Industry Associations. Collaboratively, they developed IATF 16949, the Quality Management System standard for the automotive industry, with the objective of ensuring that the automotive supply chain across the globe produces quality materials, parts and services.About the role
- Add and maintain Remote Support Location information within the internal system.
- Manage remote audit activities globally.
- Support performance monitoring for each regional office.
- Manage the IATF appeals and complaints process.
- Support risk assessment activities (Impartiality, business continuity).
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and IATF requirements.
- Gather, analyse and present data relating to the Management Review process.
- Build effective relationships with internal teams and industry stakeholders.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach, with strong attention to detail.
- Good IT skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience within certification, compliance, quality of automotive sectors is advantageous.
What can you expect from us in return?
- £35,000 - £36,000 per annum
- 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, remote role with occasional travel
